The Waiting List Office provides a pivotal interface between patients, consultants and clinical business units, delivering a high quality service for the management of patient elective surgery. The post holder will coordinate the scheduling of patients' pre operative assessments and elective surgery, engaging with patients via telephone, liaising with other departments and external agencies, and supporting the management team and care groups to ensure performance standards are met.

The role requires working cooperatively in a team environment, meeting deadlines, and providing an effective, organised, comprehensive, and patient centred service.

About us
