Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Who are we looking for?

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Cyber Security consulting team to support our Project Manager in the delivery of key projects for various clients.

Project Management
  • Support the Project Manager on change projects in different areas of our Cyber Security business, including our central in house support services.
  • Engage with stakeholders, build trust and establish positive relationships with colleagues across customer organisations.
  • Participate in the development of the Change Team and model improvement behaviours.
  • Assist on evaluations/reviews of existing ways of working to identify gaps in performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support initiatives to drive projects forward with an emphasis on supporting SOC services/teams through changes to achieve the best outcomes for people we support.
  • Prepare documents to show delivery progress, flag risks/issues, manage resources and track outcomes achieved.
  • Assist squad leads to facilitate, coordinate RFP sessions, and get involved in bid discussions when necessary.
  • Participate in workshops, both in person and remotely.
  • Support the Project Manager through to project closure and assist on project closure reports.
  • Attend regular governance meetings, team planning sessions and help build and maintain Bridewell's PMO protocols and processes.
  • Contribute to developing a positive culture of continuous improvement across the organisation and customers.
Service Management
  • Support the Project Manager with service department team members, including customer service interactions, reports, and repairs.
  • Provide customer service with a sales minded attitude and develop lasting customer relationships.
Experience and Skills
  • Good understanding of the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to manage small projects.
  • Knowledge of MSP.
  • Previous experience delivering on cyber security projects is preferred.
  • Some understanding of Risk Management.
  • Some understanding of Service Transition.
  • Some knowledge of ITIL framework and end to end transformation.

Location

Bridewell operates a hybrid and flexible working policy; however, you will be required to travel to different sites on occasion.
