About the roleAs an IT Technical Services Apprentice you will receive on the job training and support whilst providing first line support for the information technology systems / hardware. You will be required to assist the Technical Services Manager with routine tasks such as setting up phones and laptops and managing support tickets for various issues.
ResponsibilitiesYou may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
