Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are seeking a driven Business Development Executive with proven telesales/cold calling experience and a true hunter attitude to join a growing team in York, North Yorkshire. You will generate new business through proactive outbound activity and secure well qualified appointments for the sales team. This role is predominantly focused on new business lead generation, identifying fresh opportunities, and driving revenue growth through persistent prospecting.
