iO Associates are working with an established healthcare technology organisation that is continuing to invest in its UK commercial team.

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of a regional territory, driving growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory growth plans
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Engage with clinical, procurement, and commercial stakeholders
  • Deliver product presentations, training, and customer support
  • Support commercial negotiations, account planning, and forecasting
  • Monitor market activity and identify opportunities for growth

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or healthcare sales
  • Strong business development and account management skills
  • Experience engaging with clinical and commercial stakeholders
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering sales growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory independently
