At a glanceThis role focuses on delivering business application support for the ERP solution (Unit4 ERP, also known as Business World/Agresso), with a particular emphasis on finance modules. You will be responsible for incident investigation and resolution, ensuring the smooth operation of the system across key finance processes.
In addition to support, you will contribute to system and process improvements through change requests and project work, while maintaining clear documentation and producing regular management information.
You will play a key role in maintaining robust system controls, proactively identifying risks and ensuring effective processes are in place to support accurate and reliable financial operations. Working as part of the wider team, you will also handle more complex issues and escalations, support project delivery, and deputise a manager when required, helping to ensure a high-quality, consistent service.
