As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new business and growing existing accounts within the fish processing sector. You'll be in front of decision makers, understanding operational challenges and presenting high-value, engineered solutions that genuinely improve customer performance.
This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes pride in winning business, and is comfortable managing a technical sales process. You'll work closely with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions, while maintaining strong commercial control of your territory.
The Business Development Manager will manage day-to-day customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and take ownership of targets and KPIs. Regular travel is part of the role, covering the UK, (particularly Scotland and Humberside), along with some European trips - ideal for someone who prefers being out in the field rather than behind a desk.
