What Success Looks Like
Build and convert a strong business development pipeline in security and manned guarding.
Deliver £1m new business in year one through sales and business development activity.
Grow towards £2m+ annual in security sales and manned guarding contracts.
Establish yourself as a credible figure in the security and manned guarding market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development activity in manned guarding and security.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new security business development opportunities.
- Lead high-level meetings and pitches for manned guarding and security solutions.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of security sales opportunities.
- Use CRM and structured activity to deliver against business development and sales targets.
- Network effectively to grow presence in the security and manned guarding sector.

- Proven track record in sales and business development within manned guarding / security.
