We are working with a large local authority who is seeking an interim leader to provide strategic oversight of digital, technology and transformation functions, contributing to corporate leadership and driving organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate strategy, policy and organisational performance
- Oversee business intelligence and performance management
- Deliver business change, transformation and corporate programmes
- Lead digital, data, and technology (ICT) services
- Oversee communications as part of a joined-up strategic approach
- Contribute to Corporate and Senior Leadership Teams
Candidate Criteria
- Proven experience operating at a senior strategic level in a complex organisation
- Strong track record of leading organisational transformation
- Excellent leadership across digital, technology and change
- Experience in project and performance management
- Local government experience is essential
Contract
- Interim appointment for 6 monthsHybrid working with regular on-site presence required
