CNC Programmer & Setter

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (DOE)

Shifts: Double Days, Monday-Friday

Our client is a well established, ISO9001 and ISO14001 accredited fabrications and extrusions manufacturer operating from a modern industrial facility in Wolverhampton. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented CNC Programmer & Setter to strengthen their precision engineering team and support high quality, efficient production.

• Creating, modifying, and debugging CNC programs from scratch
• Working closely with CNC operators, Production, and Quality teams to ensure smooth, controlled workflow
• Testing and refining programs to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
• Diagnosing and correcting programming errors and machine malfunctions
• Maintaining accurate documentation in line with rigrous audit standards

• Confident in building CNC programs from scratch
• Experience with Haas machinery is highly desirable
• Skilled in Fusion 360 or similar CAD/CAM software
• Strong understanding of 3 , 4 , and 5 axis CNC machining
• Proactive, analytical, and solutions focused
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
