Change Delivery Manager - Military & Elite Athlete Talent Placement Programme (September 2026)
Join Centrica Business Solutions as a Change Delivery Manager in a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, with the option to roll over into a permanent role. The placement is hybrid, based in Leicester, Stockport, London or Windsor and is designed for military service leavers and elite athletes transitioning into a new career.
Responsibilities
- Work within the Transformation Team on strategic change initiatives.
- Develop, own and implement change management approaches.
- Translate technical transformation concepts into clear, accessible messaging.
- Facilitate engagement sessions such as workshops, briefings and market stalls.
- Provide regular, impactful updates, insights and recommendations using a range of tools.
- Support teams to adopt new processes, systems or behaviours.
- Build networks across the business and coordinate change activities.
- Create and maintain change artefacts (impact logs, readiness assessments, risk logs, stakeholder maps, Value Realisation Plan).
Qualifications
- Experience delivering end to end change or complex projects.
- Skills in service design, process improvement or project management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, communication and storytelling skills.
- Confidence with digital tools and problem solving.
- Experience in analysis (process, gap or requirements).
- Ability to develop others and take ownership when change isn't landing.
- Desirable familiarity with frameworks such as ADKAR, Scrum or Waterfall.
