IT Support Officer - Local Council (Full Time, 37 hours - 3 Month Contract)
We are recruiting an IT Support Officer to join a forward thinking IT team on a temporary basis. This is an on site role based in Essex.
Responsibilities
- Provide first line technical support via the service desk, acting as a key point of contact for IT queries and issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service while troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, supporting users across a range of systems and devices.
- Handle hardware commissioning and decommissioning.
- Contribute to the smooth delivery of Digital, Data and Technology services.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- ITIL knowledge (desirable).
Rates depend on experience and client requirements.
