IT Service Desk Analyst: First-Line Tech Support

The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first line support across various platforms, including a walk-up desk and online self-service. The successful candidate will have a relevant IT degree or experience and will support both research and teaching activities.
