This is a field-based sales role, focused on opening and developing new B2B relationships across the flooring sector. You'll be targeting architects, designers, fitters, contractors, developers, and commercial partners to generate new project opportunities and specifications.
You'll have the chance to own your patch, build a strong pipeline, and work closely with internal teams to turn leads into long-term partnerships. It's a hybrid role, combining client meetings, networking, outreach, and relationship building, with plenty of freedom to manage your own schedule in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and target new B2B prospects in your region
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, keeping CRM updated
- Lead meetings with decision makers and influencers
- Introduce the flooring solutions offering and create opportunities for projects and specifications
- Qualify opportunities and work with internal teams to progress them to delivery
- Build early-stage relationships that convert into long-term partnerships
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings
- Work with leadership to develop regional plans and deliver against pipeline targets
