Application Support Analyst

We're looking for a skilled application support analyst to support and enhance core insurance platforms used across underwriting, claims, and back office functions. You'll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and improve systems like Subscribe, Exact Advantage, and other market leading applications. This is a hands on role where you'll troubleshoot issues, coordinate releases, and contribute to system rollouts, documentation, and user training - all within a collaborative, forward thinking environment.

• Tech & Tools: Work with SQL, SSIS, SSRS, T SQL, and gain exposure to platforms such as DOCOsoft, ImageRight, Tyche, and DQ Pro.

• Experience supporting insurance applications (Subscribe, Exact Advantage, etc).
• Strong SQL/database skills and familiarity with ITIL processes.
