IT Support Analyst/1st Line Support - Insurance experience preferred but not essential - £30,000 - Microsoft product - SharePoint PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE REQUIRES ONSITE SUPPORT - THIS WILL BE AN OFFCIE BASED ROLE The IT Support Analyst (ISA) is responsible for covering the role of internal IT technical support contact for first line day to day user support and application systems support.
