Responsibilities
  • Managing the delivery and coordination of the Programme, ensuring all events and virtual sessions run smoothly and to a high standard.
  • Tracking and overseeing the curriculum, liaising with events, operations, and fellowship teams to coordinate logistics and content delivery.
  • Acts as the primary contact for participants and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and support throughout the program.
  • Organising and hosting briefings for distinguished speakers and facilitators to guarantee engaging and impactful sessions.
  • Managing international travel arrangements for program events, primarily within the United States, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collecting feedback and evaluating programme outcomes to continuous improvement and program excellence.
  • Maintaining accurate records and programme schedules using digital tools, including MS Office, Google Suite, Asana, Zoom, and Salesforce.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Programme Coordination, Project Management, or similar roles within leadership or training programmes in an academic environment.
  • Strong communicator comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and academics.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with digital tools such as MS Office, Google Suite, Asana, Zoom, or Salesforce highly advantageous.

Location

This is a full-time, permanent role requiring two days working onsite in Oxford and regular international travel. Candidates must be willing and able to travel with adequate notice.
