Assistant Engineer - Highways Asset Mgt

• Maintain and improve the highway network and support environmental compliance at landfill sites.
• Use data, inspections and innovative approaches to manage assets, assess risk, support capital programmes and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Provide input to decision making and influence real, positive change across the borough.

• Fluent in English (required under Part 7 of the Immigration Act for the effective performance of a customer facing role).
• Access to a car and willingness to travel throughout the borough for site visits and meetings.
• Demonstrated experience in highway asset management or a related engineering field.
