Senior Services Manager

Salary £29,836 per annum and great benefits including Health Cash Plan plus on call shift payment of £14.30 per session

Torquay

• Lead a motivated team to deliver efficient, high quality, person-centred services in line with our contracts, evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs.
• Be the Safeguarding Lead for the service.
• Ensure Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded accurately.
• Manage the contracts, budgets and KPIs, and liaise with stakeholders and commissioners.
• Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectives to ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person-centred service.

• The people skills to take others with you, help others grow, and challenge behaviours misaligned to our values.
• An understanding of where our customers are in their life and a passion to advocate for them.
• Experience delivering support in a housing or care environment.
• Experience of people management.
• Experience of managing multiple services and/or managing managers.
• Vehicle insured for business purposes (you will be reimbursed for mileage).
• An enhanced DBS (which we will pay for).
• Administrative flexibility: we are open to agreeing a work pattern, you'll manage your own diary, and you'll have the opportunity to network across services and with commissioners to ensure service standards are delivered.
• A service-based role working alongside customers, leading your team, with flexibility to work from home.
