2nd Line Engineer

T2M are currently working with an award-winning managed service provider who recently won another contract. They are looking to build a new security cleared services team which includes 2nd and 3rd line engineers and infrastructure engineers to support EUC, desk side, infrastructure and networking projects.

• Up to £35k
• Permanent, Hybrid 1 2 days a week
• Sponsorship will not be considered for this role
• You must have active security clearance or be eligible for security clearance for this role

To be successful as a 2nd Line Engineer, you will have the following skills and experience:

• You'll have experience working in a security cleared environment, either with active SC or having previously been through the security vetting process.
• Be a broadly skilled engineer with experience working in a busy support desk as a point of escalation for first line.
• Ideally, you'll have experience working with an external EUC/1st line support team and can extract context for ticket resolution from technical and non technical users, using remote monitoring tools to understand, evaluate and solve technical tickets.
