Overview
Keep critical healthcare systems connected when it matters most. We're looking for a Network & Telecoms Engineer to design, run and evolve mission critical network, security and telephony infrastructure. You'll be a technical lead on projects, a go to expert for complex incidents, and a key part of keeping clinical systems online and secure 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain and improve large scale network, security and telephony systems
- Lead on new implementations and infrastructure projects
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support and take part in the on call rota
- Work closely with suppliers, project teams and senior stakeholders
- Champion ITIL best practice and high service standards
Qualifications
- Strong experience in large network environments
- Deep knowledge of networking, security and telecoms
- Clear communication skills and a calm, customer focused mindset
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, ITIL Foundation essential)
