A well-known global consulting, technology, and digital transformation organisation is looking to hire Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Managers to join its established and growing HR Transformation practice.

This role is suited to senior Oracle Fusion HCM professionals with a strong consulting background, proven delivery leadership experience and the ability to shape and lead complex HR transformation programmes for major client organisations.

You will be responsible for leading senior client engagement, overseeing delivery teams and ensuring successful Oracle Fusion HCM programme outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead complex Oracle Fusion HCM transformation programmes and delivery workstreams
  • Shape HR transformation strategy, solution design and delivery approach
  • Own senior stakeholder relationships across large client organisations
  • Oversee functional design, solution design and implementation delivery
  • Provide delivery leadership across the full end-to-end implementation life cycle
  • Manage risks, issues, governance and programme-level delivery outcomes
  • Lead and develop consulting teams across multiple workstreams
  • Support business development, client growth and practice development activity where required

Key experience required:

  • Extensive Oracle Fusion HCM experience across major implementation and transformation programmes
  • Strong Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion delivery background, ideally across multiple modules or workstreams
  • Proven experience leading full end-to-end implementation life cycle delivery
  • Senior functional design and solution design experience for HR functions
  • Experience shaping delivery approach, transformation strategy and programme outcomes
  • Strong consulting background with experience operating in complex client-facing environments
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across large, complex organisations
  • Experience leading delivery teams, managing risks, issues and governance
  • Ability to contribute to practice development, client growth or business development activity

Desirable experience:

  • Public sector exposure
  • Top 10 consulting experience
  • Global programme experience
  • HR or project management qualifications
  • Experience working in Matrix organisations
  • Multi-sector transformation experience

Candidates must either already hold SC clearance or be eligible to qualify for it. Candidates must also already have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.

Some travel will be required, with potential for international travel depending on the project.
