Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Implementation & Integration Specialist to work within the Risk & Compliance Implementation and Integration team. The team works directly with customers and partners to ensure a seamless adoption of the Dow Jones Risk & Compliance product suite. The specialist will lead the implementation of these products from pre sales support through to live handover, developing tailored compliance processes and driving client deliverables on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure Dow Jones delivers the best solutions for Risk and Compliance.
  • Support pre sales activities for Dow Jones SaaS products, Risk Feeds & APIs, answering technical and functional questions.
  • Act as the implementation lead for Dow Jones Risk Products customers and oversee day to day management of implementations.
  • Track implementation progress in project management systems and resolve issues that arise.
  • Produce key project deliverables such as Functional Specifications, UAT plans, user training, and ongoing change management after implementation.
  • Gather and analyze customer and industry demand to inform functional development of the product suite.
  • Guide partners and customers on API and Feed integration to meet their needs.
  • Validate customer builds and provide sign off that the build is live support ready.
  • Assist in the handover of live clients to account teams, ensuring a seamless transfer of knowledge and support.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a project management or similar role.
  • Strong preference for knowledge of data feeds, APIs, and experience implementing third party risk management software.
  • German or French language skills are strongly desired.
  • High level of initiative, self motivation, and the ability to work in a global team environment.
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, planning, and cross group coordination skills.
  • Aptitude for learning new technical systems and applications.
  • Attention to detail and prioritization to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage several diverse projects simultaneously.
