Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid / Remote first with London visits. c 60,000 pa plus package Are you a Senior Business Analyst who enjoys bringing structure to complex change? We're supporting a large, purpose-led organisation as they strengthen their enterprise change function and move through an important period of transformation. This is a role for someone who can combine strong hands-on business analysis with leadership, curiosity and constructive challenge. This would suit someone who has worked in complex organisations where change is not always straightforward. You'll need to be comfortable with senior stakeholders, confident enough to challenge assumptions, and pragmatic enough to keep things moving. What you'll be doing: Leading business analysis across enterprise change initiatives. Working across technology, operations, process and service improvement. Facilitating workshops with senior and operational stakeholders. Producing As-Is / To-Be process maps, gap analysis, impact assessments and Target Operating Models.
