£25,000 - £35,000 basic + uncapped commission

A highly successful, award-winning freight forwarding business is recruiting a Business Development Executive to drive new B2B sales growth. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who thrives on winning new business and earning uncapped commission. The Role

The successful candidate will focus on new business development, targeting B2B clients and building a strong sales pipeline. You'll manage the full sales cycle and work closely with internal operational teams to deliver tailored freight solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively winning new B2B business within services-based markets
  • Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Attending client meetings and presenting logistics solutions
