Job Overview

A new opportunity has arisen for an IT Manager for a company based in Watford.

Responsibilities
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Hybrid work arrangement: office 2 to 3 days a week.
  • Support a team of 5 people and assist with the helpdesk when needed.
  • Manage safe change management and maintain an excellent eye for detail.
  • Coordinate regular updates and ensure smooth transitions.
Qualifications
  • Proven background in backups and restoration.
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce and Microsoft).
  • Cloud computing and managed workflows.
  • Create documents from workflows and maintain architecture for platforms.
