Responsibilities
- Resolving invoicing queries
- Providing administrative support
- Raising and receipting purchase orders
- Supporting the workshop with parts stock
- Inputting job card data from technicians onto the fleet system so depots are charged correctly
- Auditing vehicle inspection sheets to maintain accurate records on file
- Providing additional assistance in other areas when required
- Managing legal documentation in line with company policies and procedures (e.g. Tacho, MOT, LOLER Certification)
- Filing inspection sheets accordingly to stay compliant
Qualifications
- Good IT / Computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Previous Administration Experience
- Fleet administration experience beneficial
- Ability to work as a team
