What You'll Be Doing:
  • Making high-volume outbound sales calls
  • Driving new business and uncovering opportunities
  • Engaging with potential clients over the phone to build rapport and close opportunities
  • Working to targets with a self-motivated, can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment
  • Contributing to a positive team culture that celebrates success
  • Managing your pipeline and using your experience to spot and convert strong leads
  • Identify opportunities and create new sales leads to meet revenue targets
  • Achieve personal KPI's
  • Negotiate terms of business and ensure contracts are aligned with company policies.
  • Follow CRM processes to maintain accurate records of business development activity
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in telesales or outbound calling is a must
  • Proven ability to sell and you know how to close
  • Comfortable working at pace and smashing targets
  • Confident, enthusiastic and commercially aware
  • Resilience, motivation, and a drive to exceed targets
  • A team player who enjoys being part of a lively, collaborative environment
