Working HoursMonday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm during term time and Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm during school holidays. The role also includes one Saturday morning in four during term time, from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, with limited on call cover for that weekend where required.
BenefitsAs a Junior IT Technician, you will support the day to day operation of our IT services across both our Senior and Prep schools, providing responsive first line support to staff and pupils. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting a wide range of problems related to devices, Microsoft 365 applications, Wi Fi connectivity, printers, and classroom technology. You will also assist with device preparation, deployment and maintenance, and contribute to projects and improvement activities that help keep our IT systems and services running smoothly.
