Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of assigned client accounts, focusing on retention and discovering new business opportunities.
  • Drive land, expansion, and renewal activities across all solutions within your accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales teams, including Sales Specialists and pre sales architects, to meet client needs and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Identify and articulate opportunities that add value to clients, proactively engaging with them to understand their needs.
  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and reduce churn.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong business relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying lifecycle.
  • Monitor financial governance and compliance, controlling costs and risks within your area of responsibility.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales business acumen with a focus on planning, data driven decision making, and understanding company business requirements.
  • Knowledge of NTTDATA's offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends, applied effectively in client engagements.
  • Proven ability to identify and advance opportunities at assigned prospects and clients, creating success through sales pursuit.
  • Extensive experience in a global partner management role and in a sales environment.
  • Experience in the IT or professional services industry with a focus on business development and sales.
  • Proven track record in driving alignment to a common vision and achieving sales growth.
  • Proficiency in working with the contact platform.
  • Effective client engagement and management skills, with the ability to build trust and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a sales related field.
