Job Summary

As the Solutions Sales Manager for the Hybrid Cloud go-to-market (GTM), you will lead both direct and virtual teams to drive the direction and execution of our Hybrid Cloud GTM. You will ensure alignment with overall business objectives, grow the Hybrid Cloud GTM performance, and mentor cross-functional teams across key business units such as OCTO, Partner Management (PPM), Professional Services, Managed Services, and Marketing.

  • Support the development and engagement of your team.
What you will do
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and support a virtual team aligned with the Hybrid Cloud GTM.
    • Provide guidance and resources to achieve team and individual performance goals.
    • Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings, monitor performance, and promote a high performance culture.
  • Performance Management
    • Own hybrid cloud GTM performance metrics and KPI reporting.
    • Drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Hybrid Cloud GTM aligned with the company vision.
    • Identify market trends and opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
  • Collaboration and Alignment
    • Foster collaboration across departments and ensure cohesive integrated efforts.
    • Support sales team alignment with overall sales strategy.
  • Financial Responsibility
    • Manage the financial performance of the Hybrid Cloud GTM, ensuring targets and budgets are met.
  • Customer Focus and Satisfaction
    • Deliver high quality solutions and services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
    • Build long term client relationships through initiatives that enhance satisfaction.
  • AI fluent Leadership
    • Champion AI adoption, encouraging responsible use and continuous learning.
    • Guide the team in exploring AI tools and practices to enhance strategy and decision making.
