Role OverviewThe Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sustainable revenue growth by leading front end pursuits and strategic campaigns across the Aerial Refuelling (AAR) portfolio. This includes identifying and developing opportunities for new technologies with existing customers, as well as expanding Eaton's footprint with new customers and markets. Working cross functionally, the BD Manager shapes value propositions, develops robust customer solutions, and manages pursuits through to contract award in alignment with the Life Cycle Management Process. This role is central to strengthening Eaton's market position and building long term customer relationships.
