Job Title: HCM Business AnalystJob Type: PermanentJob Location: Wimbledon, UK / HybridJob Description:ResponsibilitiesProvide post-production support and enhancement services in multiple areas of Workday HCM and serve as the subject matter expert to assist fellow team members and clientsParticipate in advisory, planning and implementation of additional Workday HCM modules by documenting requirements, mapping processes, and implementing best-practice configurationManage client relationships and resolves client support requests varying from operational support issue resolution, phase x implementations and enhancement projects, release planning, to strategic road mapping servicesLead sessions with clients and team members to analyze and scope complex business requirementsPrioritize and delegate requests and tasks by level of urgency, scope, complexity, and team availabilityProvide guidance to and collaborate with team members to research and resolve complex client requestsProvide Workday best practices and ensure high quality deliverablesCommunicate effectively with clients to convey project updates, configuration recommendations, and Workday best practicesPrioritize clients interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectationsActively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants, and contribute as a leader to grow our practiceTake initiative to perform or delegate other related duties as needs are discovered, including internal projectsLooking forStrong understanding of core Workday competencies (business process, reporting, security) and deep expertise in one (or multiple!) Workday HCM functional areasExperience implementing/supporting Workday modules related to Core HR and UK Payroll Mandatory5+ years of recent Workday experience implementing/Supporting Workday HCM modulesStrong experience within Workday HCM deployments and operational support projectsAbility to build and develop strong client relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPassionate about knowledge sharingAbility to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-trainingAbility to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trustGood problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
