Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to Java development across Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), SQL, and MySQL.
- Build and maintain a SaaS product with impact on carbon reduction and urban health.
- Hire, scale, and manage a technical team; apply performance management and leadership skills.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive technical strategy and execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in Java development with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with GCP, SQL, and MySQL.
- Prior or demonstrated experience in hiring and scaling a team; leadership capabilities are beneficial.
- Qualification: Certificate or Associate Degree (as listed in job metadata).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: up to £85,000 per year.
