Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line network support across enterprise environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues across routing, switching, and connectivity.
  • Support and maintain networks using BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
  • Implement network changes and assist with maintenance activities.
  • Monitor network performance and respond to incidents.
  • Escalate complex issues where required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates.
Skills / Must Have
  • Experience in a network support role (1st or 2nd line).
  • Solid understanding of routing and switching fundamentals.
  • Exposure to or knowledge of BGP and OSPF.
  • CCNA or JNCIA level (certified or working towards).
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn.
Desirable Skills
  • Firewall experience.
  • VoIP knowledge or exposure.
  • Experience working in MSP or service provider environments.

  • Optional exposure to firewalls and VoIP systems
