We are currently looking for a People Data & Systems Manager to join our People & Culture team on a full-time permanent contract. The People Data & Systems Manager is responsible for providing management information through a dashboard and framework, which supports workforce planning and provides data for both internal and external purposes. The role also leads on reviewing, designing and implementing process improvements and systems to support more efficient processes and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide insight through analysis of workforce management information to enable decision making and support the People Strategy.
- Generate regular and ad hoc workforce reports for the Executive Leadership Team, the Board and external stakeholders such as Arts Council England and other major funders.
- Work closely with the Head of People Operations and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to develop a consistent process/report for payroll budgets data and employee data held by the People and Culture Team.
- Lead the review and implementation of a new HR/Payroll/LMS system to replace the current system.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture management team and Data & Analytics Lead to design and develop data dashboards supporting key internal and external projects.
Skills & Experience
- Significant experience manipulating data and advanced Excel and Power BI (or Google equivalent) skills.
- Experience with HR systems, including implementation, improvement, and report building; payroll systems knowledge desirable.
- Proven ability to create, interpret and report people metrics and KPI or statutory reports, presenting them clearly to stakeholders in a strategic context.
- System implementation experience and proven record managing payroll interfaces and resolving import errors or exceptions.
- Ability to conduct procurement processes for new systems, liaising with suppliers, assessing proposals, selecting suitable solutions, and negotiating value deals.
