Must have a relevant University Degree in Mechatronics, Computer Science or Electronics and Software or equivalent level of Apprenticeship.
Role OverviewAn excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join an established, dynamic and exciting team of development Engineers working on bespoke manufacturing equipment from new state of the art premises just off the M1 between Sheffield and Leeds. The role will be focused on testing machines and newly created software, creating associated Technical Documentation and communicating confidently with colleagues and customers alike. The role also includes customer facing responsibilities providing installation support and customer training.
ResponsibilitiesApplicants will work closely with the Software Engineering Team, working in conjunction with them and the development team on a wide range of projects, helping to develop, document and deliver new products and enhancing existing ones. A willingness to travel, full driving licence and passport will be essential for the completion of the role.
