BC D365 DELIVERY MANAGER

A fast-growing Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner with a strong presence across the UK, specialising in Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. They support organisations across Finance, Manufacturing, Production, and Warehouse operations, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality solutions and driving operational excellence.

We are looking to appoint a Delivery Manager to join the Service Delivery team.

• Oversee day-to-day delivery across multiple teams, ensuring consistency and quality of output
• Act as the key link between Team Leaders and senior leadership
• Manage escalations, remove blockers, and balance workloads across projects
• Drive delivery standards, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

• Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Service Delivery, or senior Project role
• Strong background delivering ERP projects, ideally within Dynamics NAV / Business Central
• Experience managing multiple teams, workstreams, and competing customer priorities
• Confident in handling escalations, resolving issues, and driving successful outcomes
• Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
