ServiceNow Enterprise Architect (Contract)

Location: Remote (UK-based preferred)
Rate: £600 per day (Outside IR35)
Contract Length: 3 months initial (12-week SOW) + likely extensions

Overview

We are currently seeking experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architects to support a 12-week Statement of Work engagement. This is a fully remote opportunity working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and architecture design.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver enterprise-level architecture across the ServiceNow platform
• Lead architectural design, governance, and best practice alignment
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Provide expertise across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
• Ensure platform consistency, reusability, and adherence to architectural standards
• Support roadmap definition and long-term platform strategy
• Guide technical teams and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect/Enterprise Architect
• Proven track record in large-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within enterprise architecture frameworks (eg, TOGAF desirable)
• Ability to lead and influence technical and non-technical audiences

• Outside IR35 engagement
• 3-month initial term with high likelihood of extension
• Fully remote working model
