What You'll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers across Europe
- Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages
- Create tailored proposals (Spanish & English)
- Manage pipeline using CRM (Salesforce)
- Work closely with marketing, ops & conference teams
- Bring ideas to help grow event performance
What We're Looking For
- Native Spanish or Catalan speaker
- Strong English communication skills
- 1-2 years' experience in sales, BD, recruitment, events or client-facing roles
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable working to targets and managing multiple priorities
- Organised, resilient, and commercially minded
- Interest in renewable energy or sustainability is a plus
