Team Facilitator: Lead Person-Centred Care & Team Growth

ENABLE Scotland in East Kilbride is looking for a Team Facilitator to improve the lives of people with learning disabilities. The role involves supporting individuals, managing budgets, and leading support teams to enhance care delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience in social care settings, strong facilitation skills, and a commitment to person-centred planning. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are required for business use.

This position offers a salary of £30,900 plus additional on-call payment, across 39 hours per week.
