Business Systems Analyst

Investment Management client in London is now looking to hire an experienced Business Systems Analyst on a permanent. The Business Systems Analyst will be tasked with analysing the Business Intelligence and reporting requirements of the business. As well as building or managing the build of the required data processes, data warehousing, data marts & models, dashboards and reports. To be considered for this role you will need the following: * In depth knowledge and experience working with MS SQL Server databases, Store Procedures, SSIS and Analysis / Reporting Services, Tabular model, PowerBi and PowerQuery. * Demonstrable proficiency in shell scripting and programming. * Experience working within Asset, Wealth or Investments management (very desirable) * Knowledge of WhereScape Red (distinct advantage). * Knowledge of "Warehousing" and of .net applications. * Pro-active self-starter who has the ability to independently manage their work and works effectively in a team. * Commercially focused - understands the business needs with the ability to provide / develop the appropriate IT solutions. * Collaborative team player willing to share knowledge with colleagues. * Experience working in a high-volume production service environment. * Comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex data and present ideas in business-friendly language.
