Salary: Starting salary of £28,000 per annum

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and solutions focused IT & AI Technician to join our Digital team.
This role combines hands on IT support with opportunities to contribute to the organisation's growing use of AI, automation, and digital innovation. You will support colleagues across the business with day to day IT operations while also helping identify and implement smarter, more efficient ways of working through technology and AI enabled solutions.
The role sits within the Digital team and works closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure systems, devices, and digital platforms remain secure, reliable, and user friendly within a hybrid working environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, continuous learning, and exploring how emerging technologies can improve business operations and colleague experience.
