We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Business Analyst to join our Digital Squad, helping to improve operational efficiency, strengthen decision making, and deliver innovative solutions for our customers.

In this role, you'll lead the delivery of business analysis outputs and techniques across the full change lifecycle, serving as a critical link between business and technical teams to drive clarity, alignment, and effective delivery.

• Analysis of complex change initiatives.
• Play a pivotal role in identifying and supporting digital opportunities, articulating clear business benefits, and recommending actionable next steps to maximise value.
• Elicit, challenge and document requirements from stakeholders to identify and address business challenges on both waterfall and agile projects.
• Facilitate workshops with a wide range of stakeholders to understand current and future state, documenting process maps to reflect these.
• Ability to work within a team, working on one or more projects at any given time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions meet the requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing.

• Experience in working in Pensions
• Experienced Senior Business Analyst with previous experience in a BA role.
• Experience in large scale transformation programmes
• Advanced in analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience using a variety of business analysis techniques, tools and standards.
• Proficient interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to establish and maintain relationships.
• Ability to manage own workload and support colleagues.
• Act as a digital champion, providing guidance, sharing expertise, and supporting teams to understand and apply digital-first solutions effectively.
• Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
