About the roleAt Accent, we're on an ambitious journey to transform the way we understand, use, and value data and we're looking for someone to help lead the way.
As our Data Quality and Governance Lead, you'll be at the heart of this transformation. This isn't just about managing data; it's about inspiring a whole organisation to think differently. You'll champion high quality, well governed data that empowers better decisions, sharper insights and, ultimately, better services for our customers and communities.
The essentials:
A track record of defining and implementing data quality standards that drive consistency and improvement.
Experience in driving business wide adoption of data governance, embedding new ways of working and supporting cultural change.
Strong risk identification and management skills, ensuring issues are recognised early and addressed proactively.
