As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our transformation by ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Incident Management.
Provide day-to-day support for ServiceNow, delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, incident-driven environment. Balance incident resolution with proactive platform admin and small enhancements while managing competing priorities.
Key responsibilitiesServiceNow ITSM administration (Incident Management focus), incident/problem resolution, security & access control, small platform changes, upgrades & deployments, reporting & MI, knowledge management, and collaboration with internal and external teams.
