On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a Change & Transformation Manager for an initial 3 Month contract with strong likelihood of extension.

Join us a Change & Transformation Manager:

We are seeking an experienced Change & Transformation Manager to lead a large-scale technology and business transformation programme within the electrical sector. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across business change, technology build, data migration, and release management activities while leading a multidisciplinary team of approximately 30 people across multiple workstreams.

What you'll do:

  • Lead end-to-end programme delivery across:
    • Business design
    • Technology build and configuration
    • Testing and deployment
    • Data cleansing and migration
    • Business change and adoption
  • Define and drive the overall transformation roadmap aligned to business objectives
  • Manage programme releases, dependencies, RAID activities, risks, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of circa 30 people
  • Oversee technology delivery alongside system integrators and third-party partners
  • Drive data migration strategy including cleansing, validation, governance, and cutover planning
  • Ensure strong stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and leadership teams
  • Provide governance reporting, delivery updates, and escalation management
  • Support continuous improvement and process optimisation across the programme

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale digital or technology transformation programmes
  • Experience working within complex multi-vendor or tri-party delivery environments
  • Electrical, utilities, or infrastructure sector experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of full delivery life cycle management
  • Experience with RAID management, dependency tracking, and release planning
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools
  • Strong stakeholder and supplier management capability
