The Role & Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a high-profile transformation programme within the People function. This role will focus on delivering end-to-end change initiatives across digital engineering and HR technology, driving innovation and enabling the successful launch of a new in-house technical proposition. The successful candidate will lead complex technical implementations, working closely with stakeholders across HR, Technology, Risk, and Governance functions to deliver projects on time and within budget. Lead end-to-end delivery of change and transformation projects across the People function. Manage technical implementation activities for a new internal platform supporting hiring, performance management and career progression. Deliver projects focused on automation, digitalisation and process simplification. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors and strategic partners to ensure successful project outcomes. The Role and Responsibilities: The Cyber Security Architect will ensure that all technology solutions, architectures, and security controls are designed to meet organisational, regulatory, and industry security standards. Provide architectural leadership across projects, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and internal security policies. Work with the Cyber Architect and Assurance teams to design remediation and technical controls aligned to the relevant regulation for the programme. Key Skills and Experience: Solid grasp of information security requirements and capabilities across different industries. A depth of information technology and information security experience.
