Job overviewAre you a Business Analyst with a passion for driving impactful change in a health insurance setting? AXA Global Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract and lead comprehensive analysis across the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through to successful closedown. You'll conduct thorough situational analyses, impact assessments-covering systems, processes and people-and define clear requirements to support informed decision making around scope, business cases, and dependencies. This position is specifically focused on supporting the Claims Technical Excellence project, so prior experience in the domain of insurance claims processing is essential.
Key responsibilitiesAt AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
