Position: Office Administrator
Location: Central London
Working style: 5 days a week, on-site
Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00

Responsibilities
  • Handling visitors and front desk duties
  • Managing subscriptions
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Supporting document and presentation preparation
  • Arranging business trips
  • Communicating with colleagues in Japan when required
